Standards we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities, and they support compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

What we are doing

We work to make our website easier to use by providing text descriptions for product images, using clear headings and a consistent layout, making sure the site can be navigated with a keyboard, keeping text and background colors at readable contrast levels, and labeling form fields so screen readers can announce them. We also test our website with common assistive technologies, review new pages and features for accessibility before they go live, and train our team on accessible content practices.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. Some older product images may have short descriptions, and some content provided by third parties, such as payment pages, embedded videos, and social media feeds, is outside our direct control. We are working to fix these issues and will continue to improve as technology and standards evolve.
