We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on purchases from starcnyc, except for items that arrive damaged from shipping, as explained below. Please review your order carefully, including sizes and details, before you complete your purchase.

Items damaged in shipping

If your item arrives damaged from shipping, you may be eligible for a refund. You must notify us within 2 days of the date your package was delivered. Reports made after that time cannot be accepted.

How to report damage

Email us at superstargems99@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging, including the shipping box and label. Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved, as we may need it to file a claim with the carrier.

Once we review your claim, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and it may take [5–10 business days] to appear on your statement.
